These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and JobHun.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the JobHun.com website and its services, including the resume builder, cover letter generator, job application email generator, and resume checker (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirement. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

We may offer both free and paid subscription plans for our Services. Fees for paid plans will be clearly displayed prior to your purchase.
If you choose a paid subscription plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.
Paid subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobHun.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
You may terminate your account and discontinue use of our Services at any time by following the instructions in your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. The following provisions will survive any termination of your use of the Services: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobHun.com regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.

If you are a user located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the "Shine the Light" Law (Civil Code Section 1798.83).
